People often want to know what’s the catch? Well, it’s a disciplined approach that requires consistency and dedication to a routine, but don’t worry, the program is easy to follow and you can do it just like the many others.

Homeopathic HCG does not need to be mixed. Drops are taken 3 times per day, typically preceding breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Do not eat or drink anything 15 minutes before or after taking HCG drops. Using the oral syringe provided in your kit, drop 0.38 ml of HCG under your tongue and hold for at least 15 seconds before swallowing. Keep dropper very clean. You can carry your HCG with you throughout the day but it’s best to keep it in a cool dark place. If you’re at home, the fridge is best. Note: taking more than the recommended dosage of HCG could result in the depletion of drops before the diet is finished.
There are 3 phases of HCG diet plan. They are known as Loading, Maintenance and Stabilization Phase.
The Loading Phase lasts 2 days.
The Maintenance Phase lasts 21-40 days.
The Stabilization Phase lasts 21 days. Maintenance & Stabilization Phases are accompanied by VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) & are instrumental in burning Abnormal Fat.
For the first two days, begin taking the HCG drops as explained above. Eat full portion servings of high fat foods. This may include: eggs, avocados, butter, yogurt, dairy, nuts, seeds, etc. Do NOT skip this step. This step, although counter intuitive, is very important because the loading phase stocks normal fat cells and prepares the body to burn abnormal fat, resulting in fast weight-loss.
Beginning the third day of the diet, you will continue taking the HCG drops three times per day, and you will begin the 500 calorie diet, also known at the VLCD or Very Low Calorie Diet. If your kit comes with a B-Vitamin supplement, you may take it once a day as part of the diet.
You stay on the diet, 26 days or 40 days then move to stabilization for 3 weeks.
The Stabilization Phase is the final phase where you could skip the drops. We strongly recommend a transition from the very low calorie diet to a controlled diet with moderate calorie restriction. But completely avoid sugar and starch to keep the weight stable. This would result in a daily fat intake of around 800 calories for women and 1,000 for men.
This phase is started under any one of the following conditions :
You can easily lose up to 34 pounds (15Kg) in your first round of HCG. It is advisable to employ multiple rounds for losing more weight. You should start your second round of HCG after six weeks if you don’t achieve your goal weight during the first round.
