HCG Weight Loss

Weight-loss programs are as varied and controversial as the studies that are
generated to debate their effectiveness. One thing remains constant; every body
responds differently to certain weight-loss programs.
While some bodies lose weight by avoiding sugars and processed foods, others need
a boost to shed those unwanted pounds. This website is dedicated to exploring the
use of hCG to help stimulate weight loss.
Losing weight starts with becoming educated. According to Dr. Simeons, the leading
researcher and developer of the HCG diet concluded that there are three types of fat,
and they are not all created equal:
- Structural- Fat that protects and gives support to internal organs and
provides cushioning. One example of structural fat is the fat that supports
the muscles in your face. Our cells have a phosolipid (fatty) bi-layer that
makes up the outer surface of the cell. This fatty outer edge of the cell is
important for proper cell function, protection, and membrane transport. You
would never want to use the cell membrane fat as a source of fuel because it
would compromise the integrity of the cell and could lead to severe health
issues. On the hCG diet, you don’t lose structural fat.
- Normal- This type of fat is the fat that is freely available to the body to use.
This is the fat that your body will go to first for energy. Diet and exercise
burn normal fat.
- Abnormal- Also known as Localized Fat, this type of fat is not necessary for
maintaining correct body functions. Abnormal fats are locked-away sources
of energy and are usually fat deposits in the belly, hips, thighs, and upper
arms. Abnormal fat can lead to obesity, higher blood pressure and heart
complications. This is the type of fat that the hCG diet is formulated to pull
out of reserves and melt away.
